  1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
  2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

There will be an application fee of $35.77 to process your credit check.  To reserve an apartment and lock in the current special the adminstrative fee of $153.30 will need to be paid.  This is refundable within 48 hours if you change your mind or if you application is denied.  Preferred employer discounts are offered.  Please call office for details.
