Important  Reminders … Some important reminders, please adhere to them:

• Trash:  Please make sure that all trash is dumped into the dumpsters.  And a reminder to our little residents that help out, please assist them in placing the trash in dumpsters and not onto the ground.  Also, if one side is full, lift the lid on the other side to place trash in bin.

• Speed:   This community is not a race track.  Please watch out for residents, children, pets and all traffic.  The Speed Limit is 10 MPH.  Drive Safely!

• Gates:  Our pedestrian gates and front entry gates are being vandalized.  Please handle the pedestrian gates carefully and make sure the gate is closed entirely upon entering and closing. 

• Parking:  NO unauthorized vehicles, unregistered or inoperable vehicles are allowed on the community.  Such vehicles will be tagged and towed immediately.

• Pet Owners:    Please pick up after your pet.  If you violate the rules, you will be notified.

“The Connected Family Workshop”  – One of our residents is offering a Workshop (Donations Accepted).    Hope to see you there.  Refreshments will be provided.

HAPPY  SPRING!!!

      We have bid adieu to a recent and much liked member of our staff, John Brown.  We all think he is wonderful.  To our offices, he brought charm, grace, and support.  We do, however, welcome back

Jeremy Vallejo on board as our new Maintenance Supervisor. 

In addition, we also Congratulate!  Cathy Devasquez as our New Assistant Community Manager.  She arrived here with several years of property management experience, so we are happy to have her join our fold (of course, having her bring bagels for breakfast would be great.  No pressure Cathy)

 

Taco  Night :

Come have a taco or two in our clubhouse  on March 14^th – Wednesday  from  4pm to 6pm

Movie  Rentals:

Complimentary movies are available in the clubhouse.  Come in and fill out the movie rental agreement and borrow a movie or two.  Also, if you have any you would like to donate.  It’s greatly appreciated to have the movie rental library grow.

We’re  Recycling:                                         

Our community now has a recycling bin by building #13.  Help us help the environment by recycling.

Happy St. Patricks Day:  March 20^TH                     SPRING!!

…. And we’re having a “Spring Cleaning” Contest!  Clean up your front entry ways (bikes etc. to be in apt. home or on balcony area) , patios & balconies and the one with the best looking area will win a great prize!  Judging  will be  done on March 14^th, so get out there and make your home look grrrrrrrrreat…
