It’s  Getting Hot!!!

Check Your A/C……  Turn it on

……..Well, it’s time for Arizona to rise up into the 3 digit hot temperatures!  It’s recommended to change A/C filters once a month. So, we are having filter Fridays the next 3 months.   We can provide A/C filters, and we will be happy to change them for you.  Stop by the office to pick one up, or come in and fill out a service request.

 

Blood  Drive:

Please give blood     Our sister community “Harmony at Surprise” (Greenway & Litchfield) will be having a blood drive and need some more donors to donate.  Saturday – May 26^th – 10:30am to 3:00pm.  You can contact Laura Walton at (623) 242 – 7927 or visit www.BloodHero.com (Sponsor code:  Harmony).   You will also be automatically entered to win 1 of 60 pairs of tickets aboard the Grand Canyon Railway!!!

We’re  Recycling:                                         

Our community now has a recycling bin by building #13.  Help us help the environment by recycling.

Our office will be CLOSED to honor those who gave their lives for our freedom.Here’s the Scoop…….

……..on the poop!  There is a tremendous amount of droppingsbeing left in the grass areas and throughout our community.  Bags are provided in the bag stand, so pleasepick up after your pet.  In addition toit being a health issue, residents should not have to “weave” through the “landmines” to go about daily life.  If yousee someone not scooping the poop, please be a good neighbor and politely askthem to pick it up.  This also applies toguests, as we do understand that non-residents sometimes visit.  We know these “items” have been lovingly madefor us by our adoring little friends, but let’s enjoy a clean place to liveinstead of those wonderful “pet presents”!

 

Movie  Rentals:

Complimentary movies are available in theclubhouse.  Come in and fill out themovie rental agreement and borrow a movie or two.  Also, if you have any you would like todonate.  It’s greatly appreciated to havethe movie rental library.
